More fishing on The Leconfield Estates

As well as the ponds of the Leconfield Fly Fishing Club, the Leconfield Estates has fishing on the River Rother in Petworth, West Sussex and the River Derwent in Cockermouth, Cumbria

The River Rother

The beautiful and exclusive stretch of the River Rother, where fly fishing is for wild brown trout and Sea trout, is maintained and managed by Andrew Thompson.  The river is regularly stocked with brown trout throughout the season.  Fishing is by membership of the Rother Syndicate.

The Rother syndicate is independent of the Leconfield Fly Fishing Club, but there are arrangements for Members to join at preferential rates or to take a five day membership.
