Great Springs

This is the second largest of the nine lakes at just under 1 hectare.  Recently drained, excavated and attractively redesigned Great Springs boasts an island and has a boat for use by members. Flotation vests etc are kept in the fisherman's hut and use of the boat is on a first-come, first-served basis.

This lake is also the deepest of all the lakes and fishes consistently throughout the season particularly during the hotter weather. Trout are free rising and sport on the dry fly can be very good.  It is a rainbow only water.
