Little SpringsA very pretty lake located directly below Great Springs, Little Springs takes the water flowing through and round Great Springs as it goes down the valley. The lake is surrounded on three sides by trees but with ample casting distances on all sides. It was drained and excavated during winter 2007 ready for the start of the 2008 season. The lake is just under 0.5 hectares and is a rainbow only water. As with Great Springs the trout are free rising and good sport can be had on the dry fly. Little Springs shares car parking and the fisherman's hut with Great Springs |
